In the Spring, the Band Booster Club appoints a Scholarship Committee. This committee is responsible for looking at scholarship applications from various Seniors that will be graduating at the end of the school year.

Here are a few scholarship guidelines:

• Current member of the Nimitz Viking Band (either a musician or colorguard)
• As a graduating student, he/she must provide proof of enrollment in a college
• Scholarship will expire one year from date of issue
• Check will be made to the educational institution
